Members can be assigned different roles within your group ranging from
- Secretary (administrator)
- Chairperson
- Committee Member
- Member
- Group Contact.
The Secretary is the group administrator and has full control over the online services. He or she sets up other members and creates all documents and events within the web service.
The Chairperson has similar rights to the Secretary. He or she can edit documents, approve minutes and contact members in the secretary’s absence.
