Just4Groups provides the secretary with full control over the creation and editing of club or group documents including
- Agenda and minutes of meetings
- AGM reports
- Letters
- Notices to members
- and more.
Documents such as agenda and minutes can be attached to specific events (committee meeting, general meeting etc) providing a clear chronological record of committee decisions and action items. Minutes must be approved by the Secretary and Chairperson before they are finalised. Once approved minutes can be locked to prevent further editing.
All documents are stored securely and are encrypted, meaning that they are not visible to anyone other than through the secure username and password held by the group.
